90 Day Fiance: Leida Margaretha Confronts Two Ongoing Felony Bail Jumping Charges
Leida Margaretha from 90 Day Fiance’s season 6 is currently facing two felony bail jumping charges for allegedly violating her bond conditions. In January of this year, Leida got into a fight with her husband, Eric Rosenthal, and authorities charged her with two minor offenses.
The second bail jumping charge is from July 25. Leida didn’t update her address and phone with the court, which her bond required. The charge came after Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, Leida, and Eric’s five-month-old daughter, passed away on July 9. Officials have launched a full-blown investigation into Alisa’s death. They suspect Leida might try to flee before facing charges. As a result, the court ordered Leida to surrender her passport. Margaretha will appear in court on October 1 for bail jumping.

90 Day Fiance alum Leida Margaretha has been accused of two felony offenses of identity theft and fraudulently accessing money or credit. The complaint was filed on Monday in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. A summons was issued for Leida to appear in court on October 20. So far, Starcasm has been unable to locate any record of authorities arresting Leida for the current charges.
Authorities have previously filed very similar felony charges against Leida on two occasions. Once, officers arrested her on three felony counts in May 2024. Margaretha reportedly took money from a company she was working for. The total of these charges amounted to $14,473.92. The business owner later reported that the company had received reimbursement for some of the transferred funds.
Before her May 2024 arrest, authorities arrested Leida and charged her with felony fraud, theft, and forgery in October 2023. The accusations were quite similar this time, involving Leida taking money from an employer. However, the Court dismissed the charges from her May 2024 arrest and also dismissed the felony charges from her October 2023 arrest in December 2024.
With everything said and done, Leida has rightfully earned the title “The Teflon Prima Donna” for her ability to avoid a conviction up to this point. Fans hope that she finds the right path and that authorities grant her a chance to turn her life around.
