General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that the secret surrounding Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) true parentage is on the cusp of coming out.

Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) spidey-senses have been too strong for her to ignore, and it looks like she’s about to drop a truth bomb that will catch many people off guard. With that said, are Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) days numbered in the little town?

Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase Will Feel Betrayed

General Hospital spoilers suggest many people will feel mixed emotions when the truth about Gio’s biological mom and dad comes out.

While Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will be absolutely stunned to find out he’s got a son he didn’t know about, and that said son is Gio, Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) will feel utterly betrayed.

After all, she’s watched Gio grow up and has been living under the same roof as him for over a year. She’ll be outraged that her mom kept the truth from her, especially since BLQ had thought about reaching out to her son more recently, but stopped as she didn’t want to upset his life.

Gio has been an orphan for a very long time and could’ve used his bio mom and dad to lean on; Brook Lynn will be upset that Lois didn’t step up to the plate and tell her at some point, in light of the circumstances.

Lois Leaves Because Of The Backlash

Of course, BLQ won’t be the only one livid at Lois. Dante will be mad, as well as Gio’s other grandparents, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero), Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), not to mention Gio himself!

In the aftermath of the secret spill, Brook Lynn may demand that Lois leave the Quartermaine mansion. She, along with many others, will need to “cool off” after the truth is revealed.

Lois exited PC recently after she and BLQ had a spat when the young woman discovered that Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) knew about her teen pregnancy; finding out Gio is her son will be so much worse. Could Lois end up exiting the canvas once more?
