General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) now has an opening on his arm as baby mamma Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) has left PC for safer climes.
Y&R vet Rory Gibson has been a smashing recast, taking over the role from Chad Duell this year.
For a hot minute it seemed that Michael and Sasha and Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford) would form a fast family together with Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
That dream ended this week as Sasha and Daisy flew off to bunk with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
What Happens Next in Port Charles?
We predict that Michael won’t stay single long. He’s wealthy, handsome, and one of the better Quartermaines. Who is the next potential Mrs. Michael?
Let’s start with who won’t be rocking Michael’s ring anytime soon, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
While he has looked longingly at her at times, it’s hard to believe that the brainwashed nurse will ever willingly go back to Michael—nor that he would have her–too much water under that bridge.

Someone will have to comfort Michael and Trina after their worlds crashed. Who can see these two lovelorn individuals finding comfort in each other’s arms?
Trina and Kai are Over
Soap fans love an unexpected twist and Mina would be an epic surprise that makes a lot of sense once you stop and think about it.
For starters, Trina is wise beyond her years. She’s also sassy, something that Michael, who often appears as if he has an iron deficiency, sorely needs in his life.
Michael could use a firm hand to guide him through the mess he’s been left with and Trina’s bossy nature could be the pep pill that Eeyore Michael needs to get on with his life.
Trina and Michael Make Sense
With Gibson in the role, it’s time to experiment with the character, take him out of his comfort zone.
Plus, Mina already have a connection–Michael and her dad Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are in league to take down Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), the reason she and Kai broke up.
As for parental reaction, we are here to see someone finally dish it out to Carly on a level she understands—spitfire Trina would not accept any interference from Snarly if she got involved with Michael.
