B&B’s Sean Kanan Salutes Italy’s Finest in Rome
Sean Kanan won Italian fans over when he paid tribute to Italy’s Carabinieri during his stay in Rome.
The Bold and the Beautiful’s Sean Kanan received a warm welcome from fans while filming in Italy.No longer the bad boy, Deacon’s been very reactive lately on The Bold and the Beautiful. He’s been steadfastly running Il Giardino and has even been instrumental in helping his bride, Sheila, turn over a new leaf. In real life, Sean Kanan has been super busy, especially with his new show, Bloodhound, which he created with his wife, Michelle. Considering the show is shooting in Italy, Kanan took some time to pay tribute to some prominent Italian people.
Kanan’s Warm Welcome Back to Rome
Kanan recently gave fans a glimpse of his real-world adventures, sharing an Instagram post from Rome where he posed with members of Italy’s Carabinieri. He wrote, “Honored to take a photo with some of Italy’s finest, @armadeicarabinieri, the national gendarmerie of Italy, who primarily carry out domestic and foreign policing duties. Professional. Courteous and bada$$. Nei secoli fedele.”
The Italian phrase ‘Nei secoli fedele’ translates as, “Faithful throughout the centuries.” A lot of fans from Italy chimed in with an Instagram fan page for the late, beloved Darlene Conely, who played the original Sally Spectra, lovingly wrote, “Bentornato a Roma Sean!!! 💪🏻❤️❤️.” That means, “Welcome back to Rome, Sean!!!”
A Bold Star’s Warm Welcome
A thrilled Italian viewer commented, “Ci siamo incontrati questa sera nella mia bella Roma al Pantheon e abbiamo scattato una foto con me e con mio figlio grande fan di Kobra Kai ! Sei simpaticissimo e di una gentilezza e semplicità unica! È stato un vero piacere conoscerti ❤️..a presto!” She basically thanked Kanan for taking a picture with her and her son, adding, that her kid was, “A huge Kobra Kai fan! You’re so nice and incredibly kind and simple! It was a real pleasure meeting you ❤️..see you soon!”
Kanan returned a thank you in Italian, and some fans were delighted that he could speak their language so well. Speaking for many of the fans, one responded, “GRANDE SEAN! Fiero tu ci venga a trovare in ITALIA,” which means, “GREAT SEAN! We’re so proud you’re coming to visit us in Italy.” And one fan wrote in English, “Thanks for honoring our troops, Sean.”
