The U.S. Sun has obtained exclusive photos of the renovated vacation rental located just across the street from his store Antique Archeaology.
Mike purchased the 2,142-square foot building for $300,000 in December 2021.
The two-story building was built in 1880, and features three bedrooms, a basement, a fireplace and more amenities.
Exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show the renovations Mike made to the home, including painting the previous off-white building a dark green with black trimming.
There is a wooden porch in the backyard with a modern black steel railing.
There is also a newly-installed stone fire pit that still has the plastic wrap around it.
But the most stunning feature of the rental is the views of the Mississippi river.
Mike has been updating fans on the renovation process over Instagram.
In January, he posted a photo of the entrance way to the home, as he showed off the dark hardwood floors and a modern chandelier.
He captioned the post, “Buttoning up some details at the Two Lanes guest house in Leclaire Iowa . Next comes the really fun part furnishing this place. Stay tuned!”
Mike also owns a vacation rental located in a historic Columbia, Tennessee building that was built in 1857.
