American Pickers fans grew emotional as many revisit Frank Fritz’s last-ever episode on the show in the wake of his heartbreaking death.

For the past two decades Frank starred on the hit reality series American Pickers during which he and his co-host Mike Wolfe would travel across the U.S. in search of unique treasures and rare collectables. As Frank’s fans continue to grieve the loss of the beloved star, many have been rewatching some of his most memorable moments on the show including his last-ever pick.

On YouTube, one fan shared a clip from Frank’s last appearance on the show which was episode 307 titled ‘Burlesque Queen.’ The episode, which aired in March of 2020, followed Frank and Mike as they explored an abandoned marina in Kansas City, Missouri.

During his legendary last episode, Frank used his expertise to match the seller’s gruff bargaining style and brought home a bundle of fascinating items. Durning the episode, Frank made one great deal that included an old Philips 66 sign with a small classic Kawasaki motorcycle for $2,000. After much negotiation, Frank also brought home an old Mercury outboard motor logo sign and a grandfather clock for $750.

Under the post, Frank’s nostalgic fans shared heartfelt messages in memory of the Iowa-native. One fan commented: “Rest in peace Frank. You will be missed in American Pickers, missed in general as a great guy. You were a great guy with a genuine heart.” Another added: “Hard to believe he is gone. Even if the show was somewhat staged, there were plenty of interesting objects and stories. And Frank was a fun character to watch.”

While someone else chimed in: “I watch AP everyday…I only like the episodes that have Frank in it. RIP Frank.” And a fourth wrote: “Rip Frank, great show and definitely not the same without him. Even bought a black cat hat cause of you. There is no coming back from a broken back, especially trying to keep lifting heavy stuff on it. I know someone with the same shit he went through as a roofer.”
