General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may not be done targeting Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). We can’t forget that someone powered down Lulu’s ventilator at GH, so that was most likely Cyrus’ attempt to eliminate his niece.

As for Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) digitalis overdose, it looks like Cyrus was to blame for that, too.

There’s been social media speculation that maybe Cyrus was trying to get Sam out of the way so that Lulu could reclaim her life with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), but perhaps he had very different motives.

What if Cyrus was punishing Sam for saving Lulu’s life?

Cyrus seemingly had shady intentions when it came to his plans for Lulu’s transfer to a South Carolina facility, so it doesn’t feel like he wanted her to awaken at all.

There’s a good chance that if Lulu had remained comatose and that transfer had actually happened, she would’ve wound up deceased on Cyrus’ orders.

The show featured a flashback involving Cyrus and Lulu’s old feud, so that may come back into play now.

Cyrus previously may have felt it was the natural order of things for Lulu to pass away, but now old grudges could drive his fatal desires.

GH fans know Cyrus likes to put on a reformed act and make people think he’s not the same dangerous man he used to be.

Lulu clearly still views Cyrus as a villain – and now that she’s out of her coma, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has announced that she’s getting a restraining order.

Any progress that Cyrus thought he’d made with Laura is gone, so he may blame Lulu for that.

In other words, Cyrus may have reasons to keep targeting Lulu in the coming weeks.

It’s easy to imagine Cyrus messing with Lulu’s anti-rejection meds following her liver transplant or even causing a car crash in hopes of taking her out.

Laura’s restraining order may not be able to stop Cyrus’ next fatal attempt on Lulu, especially since he’s surely got “disciples” or other minions who can help him.

Based on our predictions, Cyrus will prove he’s just as dangerous as he’s always been!
