Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers suggest that there are plenty of football fans in the land of Salem. So much so, it sounds like some will be gathering on Super Bowl Sunday to watch the big game.

With that said, a handful of Days stars gathered backstage to not only pay tribute to the event but also show off some of their touchdown skills and moves.

Super Bowl Sunday Vibes at Its Best

Days uploaded a video during the day on Sunday, February 9, mere hours before the game kicked off. The caption of the post read, “TOUCHDOWN!! 🏈 We’re giving you our best celebration dances! #DOOL #Days #daysofourlives #CellyDance #Superbowl #CelebrationDance #eagles #chiefs”

Starting off strong, Elia Cantu (Jada Hunter) kicked things off with her best “touchdown celebration dance” with some great moves, followed by fun teamwork (and footwork) by Sal Stowers (Lani Grant) and Lamon Archey (Eli Grant).

Carson Boatman (Johnny DiMera) was next, throwing a jacket on the floor (as a fake football touchdown), then proceeding to do a hand-and-knee jive, followed by a cute dance by Carey Christopher (Thomas DiMera) who got in on the action!

Robert Scott Wilson (Alex Kiriakis), who used a black bag as a football was next, and then Abigail Klein (Stephanie Johnson) who used a paper towel to spike as a touchdown proceeded to dance out of the screen and back into it!

In addition, Kennedy Garcia (Felicity Greene) showed off some of her amazing dance moves, as well!

Paul Telfer’s Scottish Twist

The rock ‘n’ roll background music switched to a Scottish tune, as Paul Telfer (Xander Kiriakis) did a Scottish jig as his touchdown celebration dance.

But the music stopped altogether when Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) hit the video, as he explained his favorite touchdown dance, which was inspired by the movie, Saturday Night Fever.

In the stance that made John Travolta famous, Eric notes that a touchdown can be made with the football in one hand, and after the ball hits the ground, he begins to move his index finger on the one hand diagonally, while thrusting his hips from side to side. Pretty smooth moves, Eric!
