Even though there are a lot of fans who like seeing the revival of Brad and Lucas’s storyline (even though many people predict that it will end in heartache) there are some people out there who aren’t feeling what they are seeing on the small screen.
One General Hospital Facebook group even suggested that actor Steve Burton is not on board with the love scenes between Brad and Lucas, even though he has never confirmed or denied any of the rumors.
As many of our readers know, Steve is of a conservative background and often encourages his social media followers to look deeper into their faith and pray. He even got fired from General Hospital after refusing to get the COVID-19 shot back in 2021.
Well, seeing how there has been such a shift in the country with more and more people coming out with their political views, they are also expressing their disdain over a storyline that they think just doesn’t need to be rehashed over and over again.

Not only that, but they clearly don’t want to see love scenes that don’t align with their own values and that’s why they are boycotting this current storyline.
