Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers for Friday, March 7, indicate the show is about to have a major debut as General Hospital’s (GH) Jon Lindstrom (Kevin Collins/Ryan Chamberlain) enters the Fairmont Crest canvas.

Lindstrom will play Joey Armstrong, a shady casino owner that hates it when people don’t pay their debts.

In fact, leading up to the daytime drama’s premiere, Lindstrom hinted on social media that Joey can get quite violent when someone owes him money.

As fans know, Dr. Doug McBride (Jason Graham) is dealing with a pretty bad gambling addiction.

During the Wednesday, March 5 episode, it was clear why he was working so much at the hospital, and why he wasn’t around as much for his wife Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli).

Doug is in the hole at the local gambling establishment, which Joey likely owns.

During the Friday episode, it sounds like Doug will need some assistance, and Joey will be happy to provide it. Still, at what cost?

Does Doug realize the dangerous situation he’s placing himself in?

Across town, Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) will make progress where Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson) is concerned.

She’s looking to get in good with her biological father for the scheme she and her mother, Dana “Leslie” Thomas’s (Trisha Mann-Grant) have concocted, so fans will see Eva and Ted “bond”.

Will Eva begin to question Leslie’s claims about her bio dad, as she spends more time with him?
Something definitely seems off with Leslie’s story about Ted.

Speaking of Leslie, she and Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) will have a confrontation during Friday’s show.

This is interesting, as Leslie has been hiding in the shadows where her animosity towards Nicole and Ted is concerned.

In fact, she’s allowing Eva to do all her dirty work! How will these ladies run into each other, and will this encounter give fans some insight into the real reason Leslie’s bitter where Nicole is concerned?

Lastly, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) has lamented all week about the fact that he didn’t arrest his mother-in-law, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) when she pulled out a gun at Bill Hamilton’s (Timon Durrett) and Hayley Lawson’s (Marquita Goings) wedding.

He felt as if he failed as a police officer. During Friday’s show, he’ll attempt to make himself feel better regarding a bold move he’s made. What could this be about?

Beyond the Gates spoilers indicate that while many have told Jacob to let this go, including his former-cop dad and wife, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) he can’t shake the feeling that he should’ve done more to uphold the law.
