Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of April 7, 2025. It shows Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) reuniting with Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow).

EJ DiMera’s Shooting Investigation

After being shot, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is still alive. After undergoing emergency surgery, Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) warned there was a lot of internal damage and the next 24 hours were critical. EJ then suffered a seizure and now needs to be put in a medically induced coma.

Meanwhile, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) is on the case. JJ has more questions for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). JJ knows that he should also be questioning Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

However, JJ loves Gabi and knows how much Rafe has been through. JJ might just want it to be Kristen instead of the woman he loves.

Kristen, Gabi, and Rafe are not the only suspects. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Kate, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), Paulina Price (Jackee Harry), and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will all be questioned as well.

Xander Cook Kiriakis’ Cruel Move

While the DiMera family is reeling over EJ’s shooting, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) wants to seize the opportunity. While the DiMera family is distracted and down, Xander wants to make his move.

However, both Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) don’t seem to be on board with the idea.

Vivian Alamain’s Demand

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 7 reveal that the preview clip shows Rex surprising Kate. Rex has a broken arm but is back by his mother’s side for the time being.

Speaking of Kate, she celebrates with Philip. However, they are rudely interrupted by Vivian, who isn’t going anywhere until she gets what she came for.

Sami Brady’s Return

Plus, Belle Black (Martha Madison) sits by EJ’s hospital bed. Suddenly, Belle has to wipe away her tears when she faces Sami Brady! Of course, fans know that there has been conflict between the sisters ever since Belle was born – literally.

The fact that Belle has been bedding EJ won’t sit very well with Sami at all. So, expect some fierce catfights between these two!
