The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 7, 2025, suggest some wild twists and action scenes! For one thing, nobody expected Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to collapse and suffer an intracranial hemorrhage.

So, will the character live or die? Meanwhile, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) gets into a physical brawl with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

It seems Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) will face her own moral dilemma with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).

Liam Spencer’s Twist

Next week, expect to find out if Liam lives or dies. Liam collapsed after having a fight with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) found Liam unresponsive and got him to the hospital.

Now Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) is dealing with Liam’s brain bleed. The last thing that fans saw was Liam flatlining.

Chances are that Grace will be able to bring Liam back but he might not be awake. It’s possible we are looking at Liam going into a coma much like Steffy did after she was shot.

What is interesting is that Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) told John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about how excited she was about the upcoming daddy/daughter dance.

What are the chances that Liam has a miracle and recovers just in time to take Kelly to that dance? Liam might not be walking, but I could see him strolling in with Kelly by his side.

Deacon Sharpe’s Brawl

Over at Forrester Creations, there is another heart-stopping moment going on. Deacon told Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) that he would handle Carter. Deacon does that by blasting the COO at the office. The lawyer claims he thought Hope would understand.

Then, Deacon rants about Hope getting her heart broken, and decides to break Carter’s leg!

Honestly, I’m not sure if it’s broken but I can’t see a kick like that leaving Carter without any injuries. However, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) gets between the two warring men.

Luna Nozawa’s Temper Tantrum

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Luna will rant to Sheila about Electra and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow). Sheila doesn’t say anything in the weekly preview clip.

However, her body language suggests she is getting worried about Luna’s fixation. Could Sheila end up being the one to save Electra from her own granddaughter?

Sheila did agree to help her granddaughter. However, Sheila is also reformed so she won’t want to go too far. Sheila might also see the signs of obsession in Luna and take drastic action.
