Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 7, 2025, have been released! Fans can expect Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) to return.

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) accuse each other of shooting EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Sami Brady & Rex Brady Return

Next week, expect Belle Black (Martha Madison) to face Sami in EJ’s hospital room. Belle wipes away her tears and quickly composes herself. However, Sami strolls on in and glares her sister down.

Meanwhile, Rex surprises Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow). Rex has a broken arm but that doesn’t stop him from giving his mom a big hug. Later, Rex tries to reassure Kate. By the end of the week, Rex opens up to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about his fears.

On Friday’s episode, expect Sami to have a long overdue conversation with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).

Gabi Hernandez vs Kristen DiMera

While JJ Deveraux (Case Moss) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) investigate EJ’s shooting, Gabi and Kristen accuse each other of the crime. The next day, Gabi recalls the night that EJ was shot.

Fans recall that Gabi wasn’t home when JJ stopped by and threatened EJ with a gun before, but she’s likely innocent this time. Later, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) interrogates Kristen.

There are a lot of other suspects, too. Roman, Kate, Johnny, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will all make the suspect list as well. However, could the shooter actually be someone nobody even suspects?

Holly Jonas & Doug Williams III Busted

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Tate leans on Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd). Meanwhile, Holly questions Doug about his feelings. Later, Tate walks in on Holly in Doug’s hotel room. Of course, Tate is going to assume the worst.

Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) offers Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) a choice. Meanwhile, Xander decides now is the time to strike at DiMera Enterprises.

Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) refuses to leave Salem until she gets what she came for. Plus, Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) makes a confession to Paulina Price (Jackee Harry).

Meanwhile, Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ (Linsey Godfrey) guilt is eating her alive. It’s time for Sarah to confess before Xander finds out the truth another way, so stay tuned.
