The minute that The Bold and the Beautiful had Carter file the LLC papers giving him the keys to the kingdom, Forrester Creations became a battleground. (Well, even more than usual; you’ll never catch its employees sitting around braiding each other’s hair and singing kumbaya.) Blindsided, Ridge thought that he couldn’t possibly feel any more betrayed. But he ain’t seen nothing yet!

A Fox in the Henhouse

Ridge believes that he has a shrewd ally in replacement attorney Justin. But what he actually may have is a traitor in his midst. Justin has never been known for his trustworthiness; he worked for Dollar Bill, after all. And on top of that, his allegiance may well be to Carter, not Ridge.

See, the dressmaker may have forgotten, but we haven’t: Carter and Justin are kinda-sorta related through Marcus. Justin is the father of Donna’s grown son, who was adopted into Carter’s family before being adopted by Eric and made a Forrester.

What Ridge Doesn’t Know May Hurt Him

Justin spent so much time off the canvas that we have no idea whether or not he and Carter bonded over Marcus. Moreover, Justin could be fake-helping Ridge because, when push comes to shove, he agrees with Carter’s risky coup. Having played second fiddle to Bill for years, Justin is familiar with the urge to cut oneself a piece of the pie.

Heck, he once locked Thomas in a cage to seize the reins at Spencer Publications!
