The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates reveal Lorenzo Lamas has filed for divorce after less than two years of marriage. The former B&B and Falcon Crest star is divorcing his sixth wife, Kenna Nicole Lamas according to TMZ.
Irreconcilable Differences Are Cited As The Cause For The Split
The 67-year-old soap actor, known for his roles as Lance Cumson on Falcon Crest and Hector Ramirez on The Bold and the Beautiful, has filed for divorce from 40-year-old Kenna on Tuesday.
He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation, which he noted occurred on January 21 of this year.
Lorenzo is asking the court to end any possibility of either party seeking spousal support; the couple got married in October 2023 after getting engaged in February 2021.
Lorenzo expressed on Facebook after his proposal in 2021, “One thing’s for sure, we both feel like we’ve won the love lottery with each other.
Since our first embrace, she’s held me captive-she fills my heart with feelings I’ve never felt, dreams I’ve never had, and wishes I’ve never thought of.”
Love Gone Bad?
At the time, he said, “Kenna Nicole, the love of my life, promised to marry me so we can spend our lives together as one, and my heart is filled with joy. Love conquers all, my friends.”
It is not clear if they have a prenuptial agreement; there are no child support or custody matters to resolve in the divorce since they do not have any children together.
Lorenzo has six adult children from previous relationships: A.J., 41, Shayne, 39, Paton, 36, Alexandra, 27, Victoria, 26, and Isabella, 24. A.J. and Shayne’s mother is Lorenzo’s late ex-wife, Michele Smith, while Victoria, Isabella, and Alexandra are the daughters of his ex-wife, Shauna Sand. Paton is the child of Lorenzo’s former partner, Daphne Ashbrook.
Lorenzo Is Known In Primetime And Daytime Television
Lorenzo is likely more recognized by primetime audiences for his part as Lance Cumson on the soap opera Falcon Crest, which aired from 1981 to 1990 on CBS.
However, from 2004 to 2006, he portrayed Hector Ramirez on The Bold And The Beautiful; Hector grew up playing soccer against Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and was born and raised in Los Angeles.
In his twenties, he fell for underage Samantha Kelly (Sydney Penny) and started making plans for their future.
Samantha became pregnant at 17 and she and Hector intended to raise the baby together; Priscilla Kelly (former Dallas star Linda Gray) showed up at Hector’s door with a baby.
She compelled him to sign documents stating he would not contact Sam, who did not want his child.
