One had already been able to cut the tension at Forrester Creations with a knife when the unthinkable happened and Steffy caught Hope in a compromising position. Now, we know the you-know-what is going to hit the fan in a big way… and the fallout? Well, it may give Bold & Beautiful fans what they’ve been wanting to see for years!

No sooner had Steffy warned Hope to stay away from her husband, then a series of events led to the blonde ending up on top of Finn. In lingerie, no less. All Finn wanted to do was drop off his wife’s tablet and get going to work, and all Hope wanted to do was surprise Carter with a scantily clad modeling sesh in a silky purple Brooke’s Bedroom number. Unfortunately, their paths crossed, or more accurately, collided, and Steffy walked in just in time to witness what appeared to be Hope jumping her husband’s bones on the desk!

There’s little doubt this will indeed spell the end for Hope’s struggling fashion line. After all, Bold & Beautiful spoilers tease that, in a moment of anger, Steffy will take a bold executive action that will have a ripple effect throughout the company. It’s pretty clear she’ll cut Hope For the Future.

Given that Carter has turned on a dime to vehemently support the line after wanting to axe it just a few weeks ago, and considering his new romantic involvement with Hope, the COO is bound to be upset about this development. Factor in his own disillusionment with his pal, co-CEO Ridge, who isn’t jumping for joy about his costly, not to mention risky, proposal to expand Forrester into a luxury brand, and you have a recipe for big fallout.

Spoilers also tell us that Ridge will support Steffy’s move, and honestly, the dissolution of Hope For the Future has been a long time coming… it’s at the point where even Hope’s fans are tired of hearing the debate about it.

Carter, who has confronted both CEOs about their shortcomings in recent episodes, is only going to get more fired up when he hears that the line’s been cut… but will the disgruntled exec go so far as to threaten to jump ship if Hope’s line isn’t reinstated?

If our hunch is correct, this is exactly where we’re headed. If Hope is the first to leave Forrester, we think Carter will be right behind her. If a disgruntled Zende, who has been designing for Hope For the Future, decides to follow suit, well then, we’ve got ourselves something called “potential”.

Fans have been asking for a return to rival fashion houses since the Spectras and the Marones closed up their shops and left Forrester Creations with no competition. Those where the days! So, why not have Carter take his lofty ideas, use the money he offered to invest in Forrester, and start his own luxury brand/fashion label with Hope by his side? If he truly believes in Hope For the Future, he can revive it under his own steam and with Zende as the designer.

Carter will also need an investor, and who has bigger pockets than Dollar Bill Spencer? This would truly stir the pot as it would not only put Hope and Steffy in direct competition (but not over a man), but also Bill and Ridge. Heck, maybe Brooke will join House of Carter too after what is certain to be seen as Ridge’s “betrayal”. Now, that would be a shake-up!
