Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 21, 2025, are in! Fans can expect Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) to host a fundraiser for the hospital.

EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) finally awakens from his medically induced coma wakes up but something is off.

Fun Hospital Benefit

Next week, expect Chad and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) to finish the preparations for the benefit to save the hospital. One of the twists that Cat came up with was a bachelor auction.

The weekly preview clip features Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) proposing to give $10,000 for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). That certainly will make Gabi’s boyfriend, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) jealous!

Kayla is hosting the auction and it seems to be lots of fun. In fact, Chad and Cat Green (AnnaLynne McCord) celebrate their success.

Chad DiMera’s Epiphany

Later in the week, Chad watches Cat have a sweet moment with Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte DiMera (Olivia and Oakley Rondou).

However, a short time later, Chad comes to understand that he still isn’t ready to move on from his late wife yet. Chad went through this with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). Chad thought enough time had passed, but it seems he still can’t move on.

It is also teased that Cat and Gabi catch up.

EJ DiMera Wakes Up

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) comes back to tend to her son.

When Susan comes back, she enters EJ’s hospital room. Susan will gently touch her son’s hand as he lies there. Suddenly, EJ’s eyes start to flutter open. It seems he finally wakes up! However, it is also stated that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is surprised by EJ’s demeanor.

Maybe EJ goes through a transformation due to the shooting. Maybe EJ has some kind of brain trauma or memory issues. It would be karma for EJ to think he’s someone else.

Week of April 21, 2025

Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) agrees to a promise with Belle Black (Martha Madison). Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) pushes Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) to have some understanding. Xander will also demand the truth from both Stephanie and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) dumps Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) learns a medical update about Bo Brady (Peter Reckell). Plus, Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) get closer.
