The old soap fans might know that Robert Sugden cheated on Katie before pushing her to her death. His relationship with Aaron Dingle was so toxic that he started self-harming. Robert is known for lying and manipulation. But Robert seemed to turn things around. He was there for Aaron and supported him. Soon, they were one of the most beloved couples. When he finally got out of prison, the soap fans were hopeful that Robron would have a fresh start.
Though John fled, Robert’s prison husband Kev arrived. However, the couple managed to get rid of him, too. But in the festive season, both the villains were back. At New Year’s, Robert had to save Aaron from his half-brother, John Sugden.
Robert Crosses A Dangerous Line!
However, in the latest episode, Robert Sugden was back with his old ways. This was because of Joe Tate. The soap fans know that Celia Daniels ran her illegal operation on Kim’s farm; the situation isn’t good for Joe’s step-grandmother. He wanted Robert to plant the passports that he found in Celia’s house on Moira’s farm. This would lead Celia to sell Joe the farm and get rid of the police. Joe even offered him a six-figure sum.
However, when Robert refused, Joe threatened him with the video footage of Victoria killing John. Furthermore, when Aaron found out about the threat, he told him to focus on protecting Victoria. He isn’t aware that Joe wants something else in return.
Meanwhile, the soap fans are concerned about Moira. Celia forged her signature on the turkey invoices. She even wrapped Anya’s body in Moira’s blanket.
