In General Hospital’s preview for the week of November 18-22, it’s a week of sorrow that’s mixed with great joy. Read on for the scoop and watch the teaser video.

Get out the tissues as Sam’s family and friends gather at the church to say their final goodbyes as her funeral is held this week. Funerals are not only a way to express grief, but sometimes they can bring out rage. That’s especially true in this case, as there are so many questions surrounding what happened to Sam, with few answers. That’s likely why Danny verbally berates his Uncle Lucas in church for being the one who let his mother die! After all, he was the one operating on her during the liver donation to save Lulu’s life

Portia has also beaten herself up for allowing Lucas to operate on his sister, even though it’s what Sam wanted. She fears the autopsy could come back and show Sam’s cause of death was a surgeon’s error. What else could explain her death, seeing all her pre- and post-op tests were stellar? Perhaps this will be the week Sam’s family and the audience get answers.

And finally, as the town says goodbye to Sam, it’s hello to another one of its residents as Lulu wakes up from her coma!
