General Hospital spoilers indicate that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has still not woken up from the heart attack that she had, and is currently unconscious at GH. Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has determined that Maxie had an enzyme in her bloodstream that has him baffled.
He has never seen this before. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has already smelled a rat, and asked Lucas if he thinks that someone could have done this deliberately.
It won’t be long until Maxie’s family and friends start to look for answers, as they will wonder who was responsible for poisoning Maxie with this unknown enzyme.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Lulu Spencer Both Have Questions
Although they are both best friends with Maxie, to say that there is no love lost between Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) would be an understatement.
They have been at odds for years, and they need to make peace to co-exist. Perhaps now that Maxie is in peril, it could bring them together finally.
Brook Lynn and Maxie both want to know who was responsible for poisoning Maxie, and are already both answering questions.
When Lulu learns that Maxie was considering going to the authorities about Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Bernard) crooked money being invested in Deception, she would further her investigation. She could ask Brook Lynn about it, which would ignite more questions. Brook Lynn and Lulu could decide to pull their resources, and get answers for Maxie.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Lulu Spencer Team Up To Seek Justice
Brook Lynn would assure Lulu that no one at Deception would do that to Maxie, and that none of them knew that Maxie was planning to go to the authorities.
Brook Lynn would then tell Lulu that it explains why she was talking to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) shortly before the Home & Heart segment, which Maxie ended up collapsing during.
Lulu and Maxie would start to wonder who would go after Maxie in such a way. Who would want to keep Maxie quiet other than the ladies of Deception? Sonny? Lulu would believe that there is more to it.
Lucy Coe’s Loose Lips Clue Brook Lynn Quartermaine In
During a Deception meeting, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) could be discussing business and how they plan to recover from Maxie’s collapse. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) would be present, as well as Brook Lynn.
During the meeting, Lucy could innocently mention that she mentioned that Maxie voted against them regarding going to the authorities about Sonny’s bad investment to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and Brook Lynn could realize that Sidwell may be the person responsible for poisoning Maxie with the enzyme.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine Goes To Lulu Spencer To Help Her Prove The Truth
Lulu could also have continued to look into this on her own, and have come to the same conclusion, but now Brook Lynn would tell her that she has confirmation that Lucy told Sidwell that Maxie voted against them going to the authorities.
Lulu would be afraid that Sidwell really is the one who poisoned Maxie. Brook Lynn and Lulu now have to work together to get the goods on Sidwell, and prove it before it’s too late.
