General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Is At Austin’s House to Set Up Jason Morgan For Murder?General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that things aren’t always what they seem to be in PC and beyond. Take for instance Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) being caught in Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) Pautuck cabin.

That was a shot out of nowhere and now fans are conjecturing like mad about this strangeness. One of the wilder theories involves Stone Cold Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and here is everything you need to know!

Jason’s Frameup by Cyrus?

Cyrus is a cold-blooded killer who has a connection to Austin—he paid for his medical school tuition. In exchange, Austin did Cyrus’ dirty work including patching up bad guys, no questions asked.

When Austin tried to wiggle out from underneath the bad guy’s thumb, he was suddenly murdered and the crime remains unsolved. Could Austin still be alive?

Is Austin Actually Alive and Thriving?

As a doctor Austin could have easily faked his death. It may be that Cyrus is pulling the strings and will somehow frame Jason for the death. Jason threatened the pony-tailed priest this week and he’s been a burr in his saddle for years.

Many people, Jason included, believe that Cyrus is the digitalis killer. When he confronted Cyrus at Charlie’s Pub the man had his hand on Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) who also believes he is a killer.

Even if Austin isn’t alive, there’s always the possibility that Cyrus will frame Jason for his murder—how convenient.

Is Cyrus About to Frame Jason Morgan for Murder?

It would be spicier for Cyrus to frame Jason for Austin’s murder, but there are issues with that. The main one is that Howarth has had multiple roles on GH and the show hasn’t shown an inclination to bring him back.

Austin was a controversial character who never really caught on with fans—and fans have tremendous say in what happens on the show—just ask Rebecca Herbst (Liz Webber).

Tell us General Hospital fans, why do you think that Austin’s old house was featured? Is it a convenient coincidence for the current plot or did the show want to use a random set that was taking up space in the background?
