General Hospital Spoilers report Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) are in store for quite the surprise down the road when the truth about Sasha Gimore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) baby comes out.

So far, Sasha is committed to the idea of raising her baby on her own, and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) agreed to that.

Now, he’s not in any shape to debate the facts of his affair with Sasha, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) knows Michael wouldn’t want Sasha to have to endure that on her own.

So even if his near-death experience has changed his outlook on Sasha raising the baby without him, he wouldn’t want the truth to come out until he can be by her side.

That means Jason may be left to fill the role of Sasha’s baby daddy just so everyone will stop prying into her life.

But what will happen when the truth eventually comes out and it looks like they had ulterior motives in mind when they lied to everyone?

The Truth Will Change Everything

By the time that Michael has healed from his injuries sustained in the explosion at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse, everyone he knows will probably have spent the majority of the year believing Jason is the father of Sasha’s baby.

Learning so late in the game that the baby is Michael’s — and that he too cheated on Willow — is going to turn this family’s world upside down.

Those who hated Willow and Drew for having an affair will have to paint Sasha and Michael with the same broad brush, and Jason will look like a saint to some and a major sinner to others.

Leak Cody Started It

Sasha wouldn’t have the opportunity to lean on Jason for cover if it weren’t for Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) opening his mouth and blasting Jason for not being a stand-up dad to Sasha’s baby on board.

It’s not as though Jason and Sasha wanted this, but once they were handed the solution, Jason was inclined to take it.

The alternative was knowing that Sasha would continue to be pressured to reveal who her baby daddy is — a stressful reality that isn’t good for her or the baby to endure. Of course Jason swoops in to be her savior; that’s what he does!

Good vs. Evil

Perception matters here. The people who love Sasha, Jason, and Michael are going to be more likely to take their side in this war — which may once again drag Michael and Willow’s children into combat as weapons to use against the other side.

Jason will look like the patron saint who gave Sasha an out so she didn’t have to divulge that she slept with one of the Q’s while working for them — a surefire way to possibly get fired.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) loves Michael but that doesn’t mean she would look as highly upon Sasha at that point as she has recently decided to. But from where Willow and Drew sit, it’s going to look like Jason did this only to cover for Michael’s faux pas.
