General Hospital Spoilers Weekly Preview August 18-22: Jason Reunites with Britt, Maxie Is In Trouble

This Week on GH
This week on GH, danger and tragedy await. At the Five Poppies resort in Croatia, a suited-up Jason (Steve Burton) spots Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and later tells her, “You’re in danger.”
But Britt’s been a captive at this luxury spa for a while now. She knows that escaping her gorgeous prison will be easier said than done. And there are so many things that Jason isn’t aware of, so teasers suggest that, at least initially, Britt puts on an act.
“We have a problem,” we hear Britt say — maybe to Pascal (Marc Forget) or whoever is giving Pascal and Britt their orders.
Meanwhile, it looks like Joss (Eden McCoy) doesn’t go anywhere despite Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) scrubbing her from the mission because of her past with Britt. In the video preview, she’s spying on the grounds and presumably telling her handler (or potentially Jason), “Let’s go get Britt.” Unfortunately for the WSB newbie, she opens the door to a gun-toting Pascal.
Finally, back in Port Charles, the ladies of Deception have another Home & Heart appearance with Flora Gardens (Susan Batten). But things take a turn when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) doesn’t look like she’s doing well. She starts to walk away from the display and ultimately faints. Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) scream, “Maxie!”
Is Sidwell (Carlo Rota) behind Maxie’s sudden health emergency? She’s the one executive who doesn’t want to sit on the information about Sonny’s alleged illegal investment in Deception, even though it’s no longer a problem. Staying silent is what Sidwell advised, after all. Yet Maxie still thinks they should report the discrepancy to the cops. And now this…
