General Hospital Thursday, November 21 Recap: Sonny’s Ominous Pledge to Jason – Michael Spills New Secret to Sasha
General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, November 21, reveals that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) officially met Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) at the boxing gym, so they entered the ring for some sparring and got to know each other.
Dex assured Kai that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was a sweetheart deep down – and he thought Kai seemed like a good guy, too.
Kai just hoped he could convince Trina of that and eventually took off for their study session.
At Bobbie’s, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) understood why Trina wanted to feel in control, but she suggested maybe it was OK if things didn’t always work out that way.
Josslyn continued to put a good word in for Kai, who showed up 10 minutes late and apologized since he didn’t account for traffic or the forgotten laptop he went back for.
After Trina discussed her art history project with Kai, she was surprised to learn he’d put together a reading list in the wee hours of the morning.
Trina admitted she had trouble sleeping too since she often had bad dreams.
Kai bonded with Trina over that and understood it was hard to sleep with a lot on your mind.
At Pozzulo’s, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) served up the dinner he’d made for Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and reassured her about Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) upcoming trial.
Sonny also suggested Kristina should come work for him, but she didn’t feel qualified.
Since Sonny disagreed, he convinced Kristina to at least think about going to work at Corinthos Coffee.
Once Kristina headed for Bobbie’s later, she found Josslyn waiting on some takeout for Dex.
That gave Kristina a chance to thank Josslyn for saving her life at the pool that day.
Kristina also spoke with Josslyn about Ava’s trial since Joss was serving as a witness.
Josslyn insisted that Ava needed to pay for everything she’d done, so Kristina pointed out that included justice for Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).
At GH, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) brought dinner and wanted to spend some time with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), who admitted he forgot Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) birthday along with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Jordan downplayed the mistake since everyone was dealing with a lot in the aftermath of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) demise.
TJ also wound up mentioning Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) apparent fight and suggested Jordan needed better friends.
Jordan hinted about having a new friend and made a prediction about TJ approving, but she didn’t give him any details just yet.
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) confessed to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) that he found out Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) slept with Drew.
However, Michael didn’t feel like he could confront Willow without revealing his own bedroom betrayal.
That said, Michael assured Sasha that if he did make a confession, he would keep her name out of it.
After Michael admitted he confided in Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and launched a fight between them, he fumed over having to watch Willow patch Drew up.
It was obvious there was a connection between Drew and Willow, so Michael was struggling with all this.
Although Sasha believed Willow loved Michael, she also knew Willow wouldn’t risk everything if she didn’t genuinely feel something for Drew.
Michael was unsure of his next move, but he vowed to protect his family.
At Sam’s penthouse, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) found the door open and drew his weapon since he feared there might be an intruder.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) appeared and told Chase to stand down since he was just packing up some stuff.
Chase pointed out that Dante could buy the penthouse and remain there with Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), but Dante was against the idea.
After Chase suggested Dante and Rocco should live at the Quartermaine mansion instead, he assured his partner that he wasn’t alone.
Next on Thursday’s GH episode, Drew and Jason showed up after being summoned to Alexis’ office to discuss Sam’s will.
Jason found out Sam listed Drew as a legal guardian for both Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
After Jason pointed out the will was drawn up before Sam knew he was alive, Drew said Sam talked to him about wanting to keep the kids together.
Alexis acknowledged that the law was on Jason’s side, but she pushed him to consider Sam’s wishes.
Jason argued that Danny was old enough to decide and that he’d make a home for his son if that’s what Danny wanted.
Alexis assumed that a fistfight was the reason for Drew and Jason’s bruised faces, so she got updates on what the kids were told.
Jason and Drew were in agreement about the reason for their faceoff staying between them.
In the end, Jason made it clear that he’d fight for Danny’s right to choose where he lived.
Once Jason took off, Alexis offered an alternative to Drew that would keep the kids together.
Although Alexis suggested Danny and Scout could come live with her, Drew felt Scout needed her father and refused to let her live anywhere without him.
In Sonny’s office, Jason gave him all the latest news about Sam’s will and the tricky Danny situation.
Now that Sam was gone, Sonny said Jason had to do what was best for his son.
“And if it were me, I sure as hell wouldn’t let Drew anywhere near Danny. And if this is a fight, I got your back,” Sonny promised.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Drew may have much more hostility ahead, so stay tuned!
