General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply that there are some rumors circulating online regarding three major character demises. Who could they be, and how will some fan-fav’s exit storylines? Read on below.
GH fans have been anticipating Monica Quartermaine’s passing, as the character’s portrayer, Leslie Charleson, died in January 2025.
Plus, while Monica’s name lingers in storylines, fans also know she’s been dealing with health issues. With that said, not only will the iconic character pass away at some point soon, but a tribute is in the works.
General Hospital spoilers tease that the soap vet, Erika Slezak, will be a part of Monica’s exit storyline, playing her sister. Erika is slated to join the cast in the fall, so fans should brace for a goodbye to Monica sometime around then.
Surprise, Surprise … Jack Brennan?
The rumor mill is churning with a theory that Jack Brennan, played by Chris McKenna, will meet his demise, and it looks like his work with the WSB will be the cause.
Things are currently exploding at the agency, as he, along with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), try to bring down PCU professor, Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard).
In addition, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) seem to be in the mix of all this now, so it’ll be interesting to see how this storyline unfolds. But who will be behind Brenna’s demise? Fans will have to tune in to find out.
Leslie Webber’s Passing Unleashes New Storyline
While Leslie Webber hasn’t been an active character on the show since 2021, she still is a legendary one, with plenty of roots in Port Charles.
She’s Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) mom, and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) grandmother. Sadly, the character’s portrayer, Denise Alexander, passed away in March of this year, and it looks like the show will pay a tribute to the actress and character.
With that said, rumor has it that Leslie’s passing will unleash a new storyline that involves the Cassadines, so could Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) return to storylines for his grandmother’s funeral?
Could he get an early release? Then again, what if this means that Spencer Cassadine (last played by Nicholas Chavez) could return in the form of a recast? Only time will tell.
