Heartbreaking newsđ Crushed Isaac devastated over Cainâs death in Emmerdale cancer battle

Is anyone else getting nervous that Emmerdaleâs iconic Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) might actually get killed off?
We should be worried, very worried. Just like his son Isaac.
Cain learned just a few weeks ago that he has prostate cancer. Since then, heâs kept this news to just himself and granddaughter Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill). His wife Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) was kept in the dark as she was banged up in prison and Cain wanted to protect her.
Cain didnât want the rest of the family to know as he thought it would harm his street cred. Or as Sarah put it, being a coward.
And while all this has been going on, Cain has been in a battle of wills against Joe Tate (Ned Porteous), who decided he would stop at nothing to get his hands on Butlers Farm. In turn, Cain vowed that he would never get his grubby little mitts on it.

Unfortunately for Cain, the cancer has weakened him. He turned to stealing cars to keep the farm afloat and pay his staff, but made the mistake of nicking Joeâs newest motor, which came equipped with hidden video cameras. With Cain caught red handed, Joe had the exact bargaining chip he needed and the battle was lost.
Backed into a corner, Cain ultimately confessed his health and financial woes to his wife, who gave him the green light to let go of the farm and release some of the pressure on his shoulders. He then told the rest of the Dingles about his cancer, who surprised him by showing him nothing but love.
In classic Cain style, heâs still burying his head in the sand and not prioritising his health, but the sight of blood in his wee did at least give him a jump start.

But now that he doesnât have to focus on fighting the Tates or keeping everyone else happy, Cainâs reality sinks in. And it sinks in for his kids
Young Isaac, whose world has already been rocked to the core, is set to get the news every child dreads â his dad will die of cancer.
Without his mum and not fully understanding whatâs going on with his dad, Isaac feels his world ending around him. Cain is too pre-occupied finding new farmland to do much about it, ever trying to forget what heâs facing, but without the support he needs, what will Isaac do with this news?
