Molly’s Feelings For Cody Spark A Novel Idea On August 21 General Hospital

Molly’s going back to her romance writer roots, but her realization during the August 21, 2025 episode of General Hospital changes everything.

Molly’s New Man?

In scenes reminiscent to Spinelli ‘s (Bradford Anderson) old Jackal and Maximista daydreams or GH’s 2019 take on A Christmas Carol, Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) story began with her in a modest dress, roaming around the park portraying her character Delilah when a man named Clint Buchanan (One Life To Live callback, anyone?) showed up to save the day. That was, until a handsome cowboy broke them apart.

That was when Molly snapped back into reality and noticed Cody (Josh Kelly) picking up an order from Bobbie’s. She took a break from writing to ask Cody for some horse facts, but Cody brushed her off and left with his order.

Molly, of course, was thrown by Cody’s rude behavior until Kristina (Kate Mansi) informed her of Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) medical emergency and Molly instantly regretted bothering Cody about horses. It wasn’t until a bit later when Molly was stricken with writer’s block that she finally had an epiphany. When she hurried out of Bobbie’s, she ran into Michael (Rory Gibson), unable to keep it in when she said, “I think I have feelings for Cody.”

Michael’s Next Move

Michael has all the time in the world to talk to his cousin now that he’s cleared of charges for assaulting Drew (Cameron Mathison). Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) account of the incident would make or break Drew’s case, but after finding out Drew was behind the investigation into Stella (Vernee Watson), Martin chose his friend over his client and informed ADA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) that he couldn’t back Drew’s claims against Michael.

This may leave Michael free for now, but it also leaves both Martin and ADA Turner as new enemies on Drew’s list.
