From Life Partners to TV Teammates
Laura first became known to viewers when she appeared in loved-ones challenges during Rupertâs seasons of Survivor. Their bond became even more visible in Survivor: Blood vs. Water (2013), when Rupert made headlines for his unforgettable sacrifice â choosing to take Lauraâs place on Redemption Island so she could continue in the game.
In 2019, the couple competed side by side again on The Amazing Race Season 31, further reinforcing their image as a strong and united team.
