Fans criticized Baylen Dupree’s parents for being mean to Colin unnecessarily. Since coming into Baylen’s life two years ago, he has become the cause of family drama and tension. For Allen and Julie, he still seems like an outsider since fans feel their treatment of him is terrible.
While Colin adores and loves Baylen to the utmost, her parents are not impressed. That’s why a fan took to TikTok to indirectly question Baylen’s parents as to why they kept saying no to Colin. When Colin pleaded with his soon-to-be father-in-law to participate in the proposal speech, he bluntly refused.
The fan pointed out the negativity that showed in Allen and so in his wife, Julie. When Colin went to Baylen’s house to ask for Allen’s help in a pre-recording message video, he didn’t get on board with his vision. According to Colin, he only wished for Baylen’s past growing up stories from her father’s mouth.
However, Allen said that he, Baylen, and the entire family know the struggles already, and thereby, Colin should focus on their time. Fans are greatly supporting Colin because they are well aware of his commitment to Baylen. They think he doesn’t deserve such ill-treatment from her parents.
