Slow Burn Sunday: Daphne Rose Returned to the Bold and the Beautiful, Now What?
Daphne Rose returned to Los Angeles to flirt with Carter, but nothing has come from it yet.
This week’s slow burn goes to Daphne Rose’s return on The Bold and the Beautiful. She flew back to Los Angeles even though she didn’t want anything to do with Forrester Creations. It just made her think about Carter, whom she fell in love with. But nothing has come out of her return since then.
Return Of The Nose
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has been wanting her friend, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire), to come back to Los Angeles for numerous reasons. The launch of her new perfume did well after the fashion show. Also, she wanted her best friend by her side, especially with all that she’s been through. Daphne dragged her feet on returning to Forrester Creations. Although she would love to work with the West Coast team, there is one man who makes things complicated.
That man is Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Daphne reluctantly returned, even though she wanted to avoid Carter and Hope (Annika Noelle) in the halls. During her return, she bumped into Carter, and they picked up where they left off. It didn’t take long for Carter to flirt with The Nose, especially since he couldn’t resist her signature scent.
What’s Next For Daphne?
Daphne and Carter’s interaction left us wanting more. We want to know what this means for Carter, including his relationship with Hope. The two are newly engaged, but we have a feeling that their relationship is headed for a shakeup. Hope has been spending most of her time with Liam (Scott Clifton), who just learned that his prognosis was a lie.
Meanwhile, Daphne could be harboring a secret. B&B fans have been wondering if she’s pregnant with Carter’s child. We didn’t see the two end up in bed together. But she did stay at Carter’s loft for a long time after he mistakenly overheard Hope’s conversation with Liam. This could send Hope into the arms of Thomas (Matthew Aktinson), who’s expected to return in September. We’re excited to see what’s going to happen next with this complicated love square.
