The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates reveal Lisa Yamada, who plays Luna Nozawa has been chosen for a recurring role in a new Amazon Prime Video series.

The prequel series, titled “Elle” is a prequel to the “Legally Blonde” movie franchise which was popular in theatres and starred Reese Witherspoon.

Lisa Is Among Five Actors Chosen For Recurring Roles

Lisa is one of five gifted actors chosen for recurring roles in the eagerly awaited prequel series, Elle, on Amazon Prime Video.

This upcoming American comedy series, created by Laura Kittrell and Caroline Dries, serves as a prequel to the Legally Blonde franchise. It delves into the high school years of Elle Woods (played by Lexi Minetree), a character originally brought to life by Reese Witherspoon.

Produced by Witherspoon’s company, Hello Sunshine, the series aims to showcase the pivotal experiences that transformed Elle into the confident and determined young woman we see in the films. It is a partnership between Witherspoon, Kittrell, Dries and Amazon Prime video.

The Cast Is Impressive

The remarkable ensemble cast includes Chloe Wepper as Ms. Burke, David Burtka as Chad, Brad Harder in an undisclosed role, and Kayla Maisonet as Tiffany.

At the forefront of the series is Lexi Minetree portraying Elle, joined by June Diane Raphael as Eva Woods, Tom Everett Scott as Wyatt Woods, Gabrielle Policano as Liz. Jacob Moskovitz plays Miles, Chandler Kinney plays Kimberly, and Zac Looker plays Dustin while Yamada takes on the role of Amber, a high school friend from Bel Air within Elle’s social circle.

Furthermore, Jessica Belkin as Madison, Logan Shroyer as Josh, and Amy Pietz as Donna will also play significant recurring roles.

This series, inspired by the film franchise’s star Reese Witherspoon and her influential production company, Hello Sunshine, now under Candle Media, is set to impress.
