The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Jack Finnegan (Ted King) will face a curveball when Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) forces him to answer a question that’s always haunted her. Li has apparently been suspicious for years about an affair between Jack and Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park), so she’s finally ready to get to the bottom of this.

Since Li proved Tom Starr (Clint Howard) wasn’t Luna’s father, she’s got a strong hunch that Jack is the father instead. Poppy just landed on the hot seat, but it won’t be long until Jack joins her there!

During the week of January 20-24, Li will grill both Poppy and Jack about the sleazy fling she believes they had.

Will Li manage to pry a cheating admission out of Jack and Poppy during this conversation?

Regardless, Li knows Poppy slept around back then and will remain convinced that Jack could be a bio dad possibility, so she’ll push for a paternity test to settle the matter.

It looks like Li will demand one on the spot that she administers herself – that way, there’s no room for funny business.

Since Li’s already got Luna’s blood sample there in her office, it’ll be simple enough to get a DNA sample from Jack and move forward with the test.

The paternity results will eventually be revealed, but will they deliver the outcome that Li expects?

It’s possible that Jack will indeed be the bio dad and have to face the truth that he’s been avoiding for so long.

However, it’s also possible someone else is Luna’s biological father instead – perhaps someone who Li’s quite close to.

It’d be icky for Poppy to have gotten pregnant by her adoptive nephew, but that would also explain why she’s been so reluctant to come clean all these years.

John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) used to have dance parties and study breaks with Poppy back when he was in college since they both lived with Li and Jack.

It’s clear that Finn was almost bizarrely close to Poppy, so did they ever have a one-night stand – maybe one involving drugs, alcohol or both?

B&B has always laid the groundwork for this twist if they ever wanted to go there. It’s just a matter of whether they’ll really stoop to such a scandalous level!

Whatever the case, it seems certain that Luna is indeed a Finnegan, so we’ll see whether it’s proven that she’s Jack’s daughter or not.

If Jack isn’t Luna’s father, Li may ultimately figure out that the truth is more horrible than she could’ve imagined.

That said, there’s still a chance that the simplest answer is the right one, so we shouldn’t count Jack out as the bio dad either.
