The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) world will shatter forever, but which character will spill Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) fatal prognosis?

Liam recently met up with Bill at Il Giardino, where they patched things up over pasta.

B&B offered a sweet, emotional conversation between the two of them, but Liam didn’t mention the inoperable mass on his brain.

Liam wanted to make amends following their horrible fight, but Bill deserves to know his son is fading fast.

That’s especially true now that Liam’s secret is starting to spread!

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) told Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) the truth and ultimately made Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) part of the secret circle as well.

Could Steffy also spill to Bill in the not-too-distant future?

That’s one option to consider – though it might be an interesting twist if Taylor told Bill instead.

Taylor knows what it’s like to lose a child, so she might want to prepare Bill for his own devastation.

Even if Taylor doesn’t flat-out admit Liam’s dying, she might drop enough hints to help Bill figure it out.

Hope is another character who could blab to Bill since she wants Liam to have all the support he can get right now.

However, it’s also possible Hope will convince Liam himself to divulge this awful news to Bill.

Liam might have another conversation with his father and admit he didn’t come clean about everything the last time they talked.

Perhaps Liam will confess his brain tumor and break Bill’s heart in the process.

It’s going to be a tough revelation no matter what, but Bill needs to know what’s happening.

Bill doesn’t deserve to be blindsided by the tragedy, so it’d be better for him to find out sooner rather than later.
