The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Is Jordan Really Dead – 3 Ways The Soap Could ‘Revive’ The Villainess For A Return

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers imply that Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) reign of terror is seemingly over. During the Friday, January 24 episode, the villainess drank up a cup of oolong tea that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) apparently poisoned with sleeping pills, as Claire, along with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) all watched on without lifting a finger to call 9-1-1 or help the woman.

Who could blame them? After all, the last time they saved Jordan’s life, she would move on to escape prison and wreak havoc in their lives.

Still, was this last run, Jordan’s last hooray in Genoa City? As the old saying goes, no one ever truly dies in the land of soaps, so here are three ways Y&R soap writers can bring her back.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Is Jordan Really Dead – 3 Ways The Soap Could ‘Revive’ The Villainess For A Return

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Theory #1 – Jordan Howard Didn’t Really Drink The Tea

Y&R spoilers reveal that there’s always a chance that Jordan didn’t really drink the tea that Claire served up. Anticipating an ambush, what if she brought along a “Plan B” to the tack house? What if Jordan had a drug in her pocket that if she took it, would make it seem as if she died, even though she didn’t?

As fans know, Jordan is very crafty, and not easily deceived. She may have seen Claire’s plan from a mile away and brought the “poison pills” along.

Jordan could’ve faked drinking the tea, taken the pills, and once she arrived at the morgue, there’s a possibility she awakened, only to switch her body with someone else’s.

Would there even be an official funeral or memorial service for the villainess? Will there be an autopsy? Jordan could escape her current situation, only to linger in the shadows and wait for another opportunity to strike against the Newmans.

Y&R Spoilers – Theory #2 – Jordan Howard Didn’t Drink Enough Of The Tea To Cause Harm

Jordan was asking an awful lot of questions as she was “dying”, and a mistake that Claire made was telling her aunt what she put into the tea. Why did Jordan need to know what was in the tea, unless she was possibly planning her escape?

When Claire mentioned the sleeping pills, Jordan could’ve deduced that she didn’t drink enough of the bevy to cause harm and faked her passing.

It wouldn’t be the first time someone has checked a person’s pulse in Genoa City, thinking they were dead and gone, only to find out months later that they were actually alive, right?

The young And The Spoilers – Theory #3 – No Explanation Needed

Depending on when Jordan returns, and how, she may not have or need an explanation, which often happens in the land of soaps when a villain returns.

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is a fine example of this, often returning from the dead, and providing very little information on how she escaped the Grim Reaper. Could this happen with Jordan, too?
