The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, November 26, reveals that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will hit the ground running at Chancellor and enjoy this chance to propel the company to the next level.

Once Nikki slides into the CEO seat and takes care of business, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be tickled pink.

Seeing Nikki thriving in her new role will leave Victor patting himself on the back over his huge win.

Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), on the other hand, will continue to deal with the awful taste of defeat.

Watching the company slip through his fingers and get sold to Victor has definitely been a tough pill for Billy to swallow.

As a result, Billy will put Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) on full blast once again.

It’ll lead to Billy raging at his mother, who’s been through a lot of health drama and honestly doesn’t need to be dealing with all this stress.

Jill may remind Billy of that and work to patch things up with him, but will Billy be willing to settle down and finally accept her decision?

Other Y&R spoilers say Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will meet with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and perhaps offer a fix-it strategy for their own broken relationship.

Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) thinks a grand gesture could convince Kyle to mend their family, but Jack needs to know things are going to truly change.

Kyle hasn’t been willing to accept responsibility for his own role in getting fired and going after petty revenge.

We can’t forget that Kyle was the one who urged Jack to hire Diane as his co-CEO in the first place!

Then, Kyle proceeded to sabotage Diane at every turn and played the victim when he got the boot over it.

Anyone else in Kyle’s position would’ve been fired, so maybe it’s time for him to admit that.

Jack might make a proposal since Diane is willing to surrender the Jabot co-CEO spot to Kyle.

Perhaps Jack will offer to hire Kyle back at the company, but only if he can acknowledge his mistakes and show a willingness to be a team player this time.

Jack may also confess that he really wants his son back – and he knows Diane feels the same way.

Is there a peaceful path forward where Kyle, Diane and Jack can finally come together?
