Thore initially became famous after a video of her dancing went viral online. In 2015, she soon became the star of her own TLC show, My Big Fat Fabulous Life.
At the start of the show, Thore weighed around 380 pounds. Throughout the seasons, fans have seen her pursue multiple goals, including her own health journey.
In addition to her show, Thore has also shared her life with fans through social media. Recently, she had been sharing a number of photos with her friend Natalie and her daughter Frankie.
Looking at Thore’s recent shares, many have noticed the star was rocking a slimmer look. In one recent post, a fan asked the star about how much weight she lost and got an answer from Thore herself.

Thore explained, “I’ve lost about 115 lbs. from my highest weight.” She noted this was “split between 2018 and 2022.” Thore added that she “[hadn’t] lost more than 5-10 pounds in the last 2.5 years.”
Through it all, Thore mostly just showed herself enjoying her life and didn’t seem to flaunt her appearance. However, fans were quick to compliment Thore over her transformation over the years. While praising Thore for her journey, others highlighted how many always saw her as beautiful.
