The Young and the Restless’ writers have nothing on Bryton James when it comes to crafting a mystery that gets people talking!

In January, the Daytime Emmy winner shared to Instagram a cryptic photo of two individuals standing face to face in matching footwear. The image didn’t show us who they are, but it seems safe to assume that he’s one of them — it is on his page, after all — and the other is Jahaira Myers, the gorgeous dancer that he tagged.

Myers responded to the post with an infinity emoji and a brown heart emoji, a combination that generally represents love, connection and appreciation. James, in turn, replied with an infinity emoji and an orange heart emoji, the latter of which usually equates to warmth and affection, admiration and friendship, or all of the above.

On February 11, James shared a couple of sweet pics of himself and Myers; he even steals a kiss on the cheek in the second of the two. In an Instastory, he told her, “You make happy an understatement.” While the actor’s followers jumped to the conclusion that that the twosome are a couple, Loren Lott, who played Devon’s sister Ana, exclaimed, “Oh shoot! It’s official. She’s stunning.”

Jähdei, who like Myers is a dancer, commented with a laugh, “I better be invited to the wedding.”
