Is Taris Still a Couple?
When B&B fans last saw Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), he was engaged to Paris (Diamond White). Their engagement came shortly after Thomas’ break up with Hope (Annika Noelle). Thomas was ready for marriage and a family, which is something Paris, not Hope wanted.
After sharing their good news with his family, Thomas and Paris returned to France with Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri). With the few updates that have been given, things are going well for the couple. But that might change with Thomas’ return to Los Angeles.
The reason for Thomas’ return is being kept secret. Thomas and Paris did mention they’d love to have their wedding at the Forrester mansion. Perhaps the couple returns for their nuptials, and maybe make it a double ceremony with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Rebecca Budig).
Or maybe Thomas returns as single man?
A lot can change in a year, so it’s possible Thomas and Paris’ romance fizzled. Thomas might have realized things were moving fast and he wasn’t ready for a future with Paris.
There hasn’t been any confirmation that White is returning as Paris, so Taris’ relationship status remains unknown. However, Thomas’ return will spell trouble for another couple, Hope and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Seeing Thomas will reawaken Hope’s feelings and have her conflicted between him and Carter. But after realizing she made a mistake letting Thomas go, Hope will pursue a reunion with him.
While fans will be excited about a potential Thope reunion, a heartbroken Paris won’t be. Odds are Miss Buckingham isn’t going to let her fiancé go so easily.
