Y&R spoilers reveal that when Jill suddenly took a leave of absence from Chancellor, she kept everyone in the dark. Eventually, Billy found out that Jill was having health problems again.

It seems Jill’s heart issues might be more serious than she has let on. While Jill was being cared for, Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) were supposed to run Chancellor together.

Soon after Jill’s disappearance, Billy seemed to begin spiraling. Each week, Billy just got worse and his instability became clear. Of course, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) betraying Billy probably factored into the spiraling as well.

Billy vented to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and then had a proposition for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Now Billy wants Phyllis to join him in destroying Victor once and for all.  Then, during the week of December 2, 2024, Billy will once again lose his temper with Jill.
