Billy Abbott’s Promise To Sally Spectra
Finally, The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday suggest that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will make a promise to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Is this about her demand to lead Abbott Communications if Billy decides to pursue Chancellor?
During the Monday, June 30 episode, Sally made it clear that she wanted something in writing, and Billy seemed hesitant to do so.
