Emmerdale spoilers for next week: First look as Dawn lies unconscious and suspicion falls on Joe

Emmerdale is heading for a major week of drama, with Dawn feared dead and Joe the one under suspicion after a violent attack. But what really happened behind closed doors — and could Dawn still be alive?

Meanwhile, Charity is feeling the heat from Dr Todd, who is demanding his money. Pushed to the edge, Charity is forced into drastic action to protect a secret she can no longer keep hidden.

Elsewhere, Kammy, Ross and Sam all find themselves caught up in the growing suspicion over the Emmerdale Farm arson attacks.

Here’s everything that’s coming up in Emmerdale next week.

1. Joe and Cain face off

Sam is left frustrated when he realises there is a plan in motion against Joe Tate — and he has been kept out of it.

Cain then nearly blows the whole thing when he loses his temper with Joe in the Woolpack. Moira steps in, and the warning in her expression is enough to make Cain back off.

Even so, Moira and Dawn both become concerned that things are spiralling, with Cain clearly struggling to keep himself under control for much longer.

2. Dawn is caught out in Emmerdale spoilers

Moira tells Dawn to leave with the children straight away, but Dawn quickly realises she cannot walk away from Joe. Moira is worried, yet Dawn stays resolute: she wants to win on her own terms.

Back at Home Farm, Joe chats about their happy family life. But as an uneasy Dawn heads upstairs, it becomes obvious that Joe and Graham know exactly what she is doing.

Graham urges Joe to take action against Dawn, and Joe insists everything is already under control…

3. Has Joe killed Dawn?

When Graham returns to Home Farm later, he is horrified to find Dawn unconscious at the bottom of the stairs.

With Joe standing at the top, Graham demands to know what he has done to her. Has Joe killed Dawn?

4. Robert and Aaron search for the arsonist in Emmerdale spoilers

After putting out a second fire at the farm near the feed store, Robert and Aaron are determined to find out who is behind the blazes.

Later, Ross and Sam are inspecting a barn on Emmerdale Farm, and Ross thinks they may have found what they were looking for. But to give themselves a cover story, Ross hands Sam a lighter…

Before long, Aaron and Robert arrive near the barn, and Sam runs off unseen.

Ross then claims he was hunting for the arsonist and suggests Aaron and Robert should pay him to discover who it is.

Another fire convinces Robert that they are being targeted, and he offers Ross triple pay to get answers. But Aaron starts to suspect Ross and Sam, so the pair follow them. What will they uncover?

5. Kammy falls under suspicion

When Kammy arrives late for work with his top on inside out, Aaron tells him he looks exhausted and needs to pull his weight.

Robert and Aaron later talk about the arsonist, and Aaron points out how little they actually know about Kammy.

Unbeknown to them, Kammy is listening in.

He is alarmed when they promise to track down the arsonist. What is Kammy hiding?

6. Dr Todd keeps pressing Charity in Emmerdale spoilers

Charity is desperate to raise the money Todd wants and believes she may have found a solution when Ruby shows interest in buying her share of the Woolpack. But Caleb is not convinced it is a smart move.

Later, a frustrated Charity comes downstairs and is shocked to find Todd holding Leyla in the living room. He gives her just one week to come up with the cash.

Todd continues to meddle in her life by joining Mack and Ross for darts. Charity then corners her in the toilets and tells her to stay away.

But despite Charity’s confidence, Todd soon makes it clear she holds no power in this situation.

With Todd smug and Charity running out of options, she makes Kim an offer to buy her half of the pub. Will Kim agree?

7. Cain struggles to take advice

Liam encourages Cain to put his pride aside after the catheter is removed and focus on recovery, but Cain refuses to listen.

Pollard is the one who finally gets through to Cain, urging him to confront his problems directly.

8. Sam lets Lydia down in Emmerdale spoilers

Lydia is still upset with Sam for missing her dance class. Feeling like he has let everyone down, Sam heads off for a secret conversation with Ross — but what are the two plotting?
