Survivor 50 shocker: Cirie Fields may be ready to send Joe Hunter packing in a jaw-dropping episode 11 sneak peek
The Survivor 50 drama is heating up, and Joe Hunter is still fuming over Rick Devens’ gameplay — but this time, he may be taking his complaints to the one person least likely to side with him.

Survivor 50 was designed as a celebration of the game’s greatest moments, honoring its history while giving a new generation of players a chance to leave their mark. But not every returning castaway seems impressed — some believe the amount of lying and deception this season has crossed the line.
Even though the “honor & integrity” alliance is pretty much gone, Joe Hunter is still one of the players struggling the most with his moral compass each week. He’s playing a game similar to Survivor 48, but this time he has fewer trusted allies, and that appears to be wearing on him.
Take a look at a new sneak peek for episode 11, “Everyone Will Be Shooketh!,” below, and you may spot the conversation that could become a major turning point for one of the season’s most influential players.

Cirie Fields has been running the game. Anyone who has targeted her — or her closest allies — has ended up going home. But this week, the focus may not be on protecting her allies. Instead, it could be about protecting her own patience and integrity.
There’s no question she’s one of the season’s biggest deceivers, but that is also part of why she’s thriving. Still, week after week, Joe keeps going to Cirie not to discuss strategy going forward, but to rehash something that already happened, something he needs to let go.
This week, Joe seems to be annoyed once again — or maybe still annoyed — that Rick Devens wants to blindside people, and he brings that frustration to Cirie. Instead of validating him, she finally tells him that this is simply how the game works. Joe says it bothers him, and then the sneak peek cuts to a confessional where Cirie calls him a hypocrite.
Joe has tried to blindside Devens more than once, so Cirie may finally be fed up with her day-one Cila beach tribemate and the very glass house he’s been throwing stones from. She even turns to Tiffany Ervin to vent about Joe’s constant complaints, and Tiffany agrees his attitude is becoming exhausting as they sit together on the hammock — one of the season’s favorite hangout spots.
So, could that hammock conversation be the start of Joe’s downfall? He has never been voted out of Survivor before, and if Cirie finally decides she’s done with him — especially with the numbers now leaning in her favor without him — viewers may be about to see Joe’s torch get snuffed at last. Tune in Wednesday, May 6 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+ to find out whether this beloved player is really facing the end of the road.
