Shocking Emmerdale Twist: Cain’s revenge, Todd’s blackmail and Bear’s struggle leave fans on edge

n next week’s Emmerdale spoilers, Cain finally goes under the knife — but once he learns the truth about Robert, he’s no longer thinking about recovery. Instead, the Cain storyline takes a darker turn as revenge becomes his only focus. But can he really follow through?

Meanwhile, Vanessa and Todd get increasingly close, just as the manipulative doctor turns the screws on Charity once again.

1. Cain has his surgery

Cain is taken into surgery, trying hard to stay strong for Kyle.

Kyle is anxious about his dad, but it quickly becomes clear the operation has gone well. Even so, Cain doesn’t want to be discharged, worried about recovering at home.

He pretends to be in pain so he can stay in hospital, which leaves Moira frustrated. In the end, Sarah manages to get through to him and Cain finally heads home.

2. Moira comes clean in Emmerdale spoilers

Cain is miserable being back at home, and when Aaron and Robert stop by, he immediately senses tension in the air.

After confronting Moira, she is forced to admit that Robert planted the ID documents that led to her prison sentence.

3. Cain wants blood

Even though he’s nowhere near fully recovered, Cain recruits Sam to help him exact revenge. Sam knocks Robert out and ties him to a chair.

When Robert wakes up, he’s met by Cain and a hammer. Cain demands he answer for what he’s done — but will he actually go through with it?

4. Charity’s secret under threat in Emmerdale spoilers

Jacob decides the feud with Todd has gone too far and tries to smooth things over. Charity accepts his apology, but then hints that she knows something that could make his life a misery.

When Charity realises Todd has been dropping hints about her secret to Jacob, she panics. She warns Jacob to stay away from Todd.

5. Dr Todd blackmails Charity

Todd later tells Charity that she has solid proof she and Ross are Leyla’s real parents. She demands £10,000 in exchange for keeping quiet.

Then Charity sees Todd kiss Vanessa, and the shock makes it clear she has no choice but to pay up.

With Todd pushing even harder, Charity scrambles to find the money. But can she act fast enough before her secret is exposed?

6. Bear haunted by his demons in Emmerdale spoilers

Newly hired at the Depot, Bear and Mandy are uneasy when Jai introduces a productivity chart competition.

Bear wins, but Jai’s comments strike a nerve and trigger a flashback to Bear’s time at the farm.

Afraid of being told off, Bear snaps at Mandy and Kerry.

Jai then raises his voice, causing Bear to visibly flinch.

Kerry and Mandy pull Jai aside and explain that Bear is dealing with trauma. Jai then softens his tone and reassures Bear.

7. The darts team takes off

Bob is left worried when he’s one player short for his darts team. Lewis comes to the rescue, claiming he has plenty of darts experience. Will his confidence pay off?
